  Lower Falls seems to be the more popular falls, only because it has the room for more tables, and hiking and a better swimming hole. You can jump off the edge around the falls alot safer here too. I jumped off the middle falls once and it was scary as heck!! It's got great view spots all around the lower falls. It's just beautiful here.
